1. Service scope
EuroBridge provides document verification, CV and certificate optimisation, English assessment certification, guided submission support for German and EU work and residence portals, and introductions to vetted employers. We are an independent advisory and recruitment agency, not a law firm and not a government body.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Immigration and hiring decisions are made by sovereign authorities and employers. We cannot and do not guarantee a visa, residence permit, or job offer. We guarantee a compliant, correctly prepared application file and priority employer introductions once your eligibility is confirmed.
3. Fees
The Relocation & Job-Readiness Package is a one-time professional fee of €129.99. Government, consular and third-party fees are payable separately to those authorities and are not included.
4. Refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided your document audit has not yet started. Once the audit or certification process has begun, fees cover work already performed and are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate and lawfully obtained. Submitting falsified documents terminates the engagement immediately without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Acceptable use
Automated scraping, bulk or fraudulent form submissions, and any attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this platform are prohibited.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for authority processing delays, employer decisions, or indirect losses.
