1. Who we are
EuroBridge is a private relocation advisory and recruitment agency. We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority or consular body.
2. What we collect
Through our eligibility and application forms we collect your full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, nationality, current location, preferred destination country, professional experience, language levels and current job title, plus any documents you choose to share with your advisor.
3. Why we process it (lawful basis)
We process this data to assess your eligibility, prepare your application file and introduce you to employers — performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — and, where you opt in to WhatsApp updates, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Storage and security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored in an access-controlled, encrypted EU-hosted database. Records are write-only from the public website and readable only by authorised staff. We never publish or sell your data.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only with the vetted employers and official portals required to progress your case, and with our infrastructure and payment processors acting under contract. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
6. Retention
Application records are retained for up to 24 months after your case closes, unless a longer period is required by law, after which they are permanently deleted.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Email privacy@eurobridge.works and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to run the site and keep it secure. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
